Custom manufacturing/comissions
Do you have items that you need manufactured? Whether they be a set of prototypes, end use parts, cosplay pieces, random trinkets, I can manufacture the part that you have. This page is dedicated to creating physical items from an already solidified design/file, if you are looking to get a design made then fill out the form on this page.
Current capability:
The list of processes that I can currently accomplish with tools that I have.
- 3D printing: printing files that you have
- FDM: up to 11.5″ x 11.5″ x 15.5″ single part.
- Larger than that possible with utilization of plastic welding
- MSLA: up to 5.5″ x 3″ x 6″ single part. 9k Resolution, capable of printing useable gears with 0.375 mm wide teeth
- FDM: up to 11.5″ x 11.5″ x 15.5″ single part.

- Extensive experience with stretchy materials that cause issues on many machines.

- Silicone mold making of existing part, or creating a mold for a new part
- Resin casting
- Foam/expanding foam casting (lightweight parts)
- Fiberglass reinforcement/part creation,
- Layering fiberglass resin onto part to dramatically increase strength or use a mold of part and create a new part purely from fiberglass.
- Coming soon: Metal working
- Significant experience with lathe and mill operations, creating highly accurate and custom parts for NASA robot competitions. I just don’t currently have a mill or lathe.
