The prototype for a Rinzler style Tron disc. This one was made for the
premier of Tron: Ares and has continued to be improved on, the process can be found here.
A set of custom lightsabers that I designed for myself. These ones are set up to fit into a custom saber system that I designed to be 3D print friendly. More info on that system is found here.

Aizawa googles (My Hero Academia)

These were some simple googles that I made for the local makerfaire in Milwaukee. They weren’t very complex or ornate but got the look across and fit pretty well, only slightly tight.

Elucidator Sword (Sword Art Online)

Night Sky and Red Rose swords (Sword Art Online)

These are some wooden swords that I made after the first anime series that I watched Sword Art online. At this point in time I did not have access/experience with metalworking and forging so wood was the only option that I had. The Elucidator was done from a planed piece of fine pine. It was done over a decent period of time (not exactly sure how long as it was around 8 years ago at this point) but it was also where I discovered how great epoxy was. Getting the handle to securely attach to the “guard” of the elucidator was no easy feat as it was made from a piece of PVC pipe. While the Night Sky and Red Rose were done from a piece of Poplar. The Poplar was much better for keeping an edge while still being easy to sand and work with. And these were definitely a rush job from my procrastination finishing them at 2am the morning of a convention.
